Most clients, from inexperienced to well-seasoned yogis, will have a place in this class! Participants will be guided through a series of movements designed to increase flexibility, build strength and develop balance. Pranayama (breath-work) and meditation will be incorporated into this practice. *Please note that brand-new beginners and/or yogis suffering from injuries or illness may prefer to attend another class.

If you have never practiced yoga before, are new to yoga or simply want to get back to basics, this class is for you! Students will learn correct alignment for many yoga postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and more as we explore the world of yoga together!  *Please note that, while this class is intended for newbies, we suggest that yogis dealing with injuries, illness, chronic pain or similar issues consider our Soft & Gentle classes instead, as greater benefits may be derived from a softer, more gentle practice.

This is an energizing, invigorating Vinyasa-style flow class! We will guide you, inspire you and give you freedom to explore as we move through a fluid, challenging flow of poses and breath work. Build strength, improve flexibility and clear the mind in this empowering, revitalizing class!

Mindful Movement & Meaningful Meditation

Sundays are the perfect time to pause, connect with our inner selves and reflect upon all that for which we are grateful. This class consists of a series of mindful movements followed by a meaningful, guided meditation to provide participants an opportunity to quiet the mind and find inner stillness.

Restore & Rest by Candlelight

Your mind, body and soul will be nourished as you are guided through this comforting practice. Students will remain in various nurturing yoga poses for several minutes at a time, while well-supported by props, in order to gently encourage the body and mind to rest, soften, relax and release stress and tension. The addition of soothing candlelight to this practice provides a calm, peaceful environment for meditation.

Rise & Shine Morning Flow

Start your day off right with a bright, upbeat flow! Leave class feeling ready to tackle whatever comes your way! This class is suitable for practitioners of all levels - from beginners to advanced!
*Please note that pre-registration is required by 9pm the night before for our Rise & Shine classes.

Slow Flow

Treat yourself to a movement practice that takes place in a tranquil environment designed to infuse the body and mind with a sense of ease, quiet and calmness. This class consists of a mix of breath work synchronized with fluid, flowing movement between postures and sweet, sustained holds of gentle poses to stretch the muscles and other connective tissues. You will leave class more relaxed than when you entered and with a renewed feeling of peace as you re-enter the world.

Soft & Gentle

Move through a soft, slow flow that will supple the body, relax the mind and soothe the soul. Movements will be gentle and kind to the body while allowing the mind to rest. This class offers optimal healing benefits for those dealing with injuries, illness and chronic pain.

Stretch & Restore

This class begins with a flow of movement intended to warm and stretch the large muscle groups in body before progressing into a series of Restorative poses, intended to promote sweet, deep relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow

Link breath with movement as you move your body through a challenging sequence of poses designed to increase flexibility, build core strength and develop balance. Mental focus also is developed and strengthened during this invigorating flow. *This class is best suited for practitioners who have experience practicing yoga and/or are ready to take their practice to the next level!

Yang to Yin Yoga Flow

Our Yang to Yin Yoga Flow class begins with an active, outgoing Yang-style flow to warm up the body, build strength and develop stamina during the first half of our class. We will then move into a quiet, still Yin practice for the second half of the class to stretch deeply and expand flexibility, while stimulating the body's nadis to promote healing.

Yoga Nidra Meditation by Candlelight

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing practice that has been characterized as "yogic sleep" by some! In fact, studies have shown that 1 hour of deep relaxation in Yoga Nidra provides the same benefits of 4 hours of regular sleep! Amazing!

Class will begin with a few minutes of gentle movement and then students carefully will be guided through a profound meditative process, which comprises the majority of the class. Participants are encouraged to bring along a small pillow and blanket to comfort and support the body while lying down during meditation. Soothing items from home can enrich the experience, but we have plenty of items available for students to borrow, as well.
