5:30-6:45pm: Soft & Gentle with Crystal Bowls (Sunita)


Tuesday

7-8am: Rise & Shine Morning Flow (Dana) (no class Jan 28 or Feb 4)
10:30-11:45am: Beginners (Theresa)
5:15-6:30pm: Beginners (Dana)
6:45-8pm: Yin Yoga (Dana)


Wednesday

9:30-10:45am: Hatha for All Levels (Matt)
6:30-7:45pm: Vinyasa Flow (Sandy)


Thursday

6:30-7:30am: Rise & Shine Morning Flow (Dana) (no class Jan 23, 30 or Feb 6)
10:30-11:45am: Soft & Gentle (Dana)
5:30-6:45pm: Beginners (Andrea)


Friday

9-10:15am: All Levels (Angelique)


Saturday

8:30-9:45am: Beginners (Dana)
10-11:15am: Vinyasa Flow (Sunita)
