During this deeply experiential adventure, we will participate in a number of activities intended to feed the soul while exploring and getting to know ourselves on a deeper level. We will take time to purposefully and mindfully learn about and participate in natural self-care, all while resting in Mother Nature's nurturing hands. You will leave this beautiful place more peaceful than you arrived, after being nurtured, nourished and developing the tools to utilize nature to nurture and heal yourself in powerful ways, long after our time together draws to a close.

Come along as we go home to the mountains! Upon arriving in our remote oasis, enjoy a drink around our outdoor fire pit, which sits beside the 7-acre lake reserved exclusively for our private use. Stretch your legs along the trails in the unspoiled forest and try to spot local wildlife! Sip your morning coffee on our large deck, overlooking the mountain. Relax on the porch swing or Adirondack gliding rockers as you take in the picturesque mountain views. Step into one of our kayaks or canoes to glide across the cool mountain water on a search for the beavers that make the lake their home, after a balmy afternoon spent outdoors. Or cool off by jumping into the water from the sizeable deck of the lakefront pavilion, the ultimate space for our outdoor yoga practice. After spending the afternoon completing a challenging hike on the mountain or trying your hand at SUP yoga, end the day with a relaxing soak in our outdoor hot tub while taking in a panoramic view of the sunset! All of this and more is yours to enjoy during our Nurture through Nature Women's Retreat!
At over 4000 square feet in size, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy our immaculate, well-appointed, log cabin! Common spaces, such as the great room, provide more than enough seating, allowing our entire group to gather beside one of the property's beautiful stone fireplaces, at the dinner table or in one of the property's two game rooms!
Retreat-goers may choose from 4 different bedrooms, all of which are filled with elegant furniture and plush bedding. The Master Suite provides a king-sized bed, en suite bath with whirlpool tub, wall-mounted gas fireplace and outside deck access. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both offer queen-sized beds and beautiful mountain views; these 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Bedroom 4 contains three beds and can sleep 3-4 people: 1 full sized bed (sleeps 1 or 2) and 2 single beds. Guests staying in Bedroom 4 share their own bathroom.
Beyond the Cabin
Weather permitting, a lot of our time will be spent in and around the property's amazing outdoor living spaces, including the fire pit, hot tub, lakeside pavilion (complete with bathroom, kitchenette, pool table and more) and on the lake itself! Of course, since we will be nurturing ourselves through nature, retreat guests can expect to bask in the beauty of the mountain-side forest that surrounds the cabin.
Dana, owner of Yoga Mandala, is proud to host this amazing retreat experience with the assistance of one of our fabulous teachers, Jessica!
Dana is a certified yoga teacher and has completed multiple yoga teacher training programs. She has experience leading outdoor eco-yoga hikes and other outdoor adventures, kayaking and canoeing excursions and holds current CPR, First Aid and Lifeguarding certifications to keep us safe on the lake!
Jessica also holds numerous yoga certifications and is an avid surfer and lover of all things outdoors! Jess regularly leads yoga hikes, workshops and other workshops and is our resident SUP-yoga teacher!

Cost Information/Cancellation Policy
Pricing for this retreat will vary quite a bit, depending upon your room choice and whether you are traveling with others. Your retreat payment includes lodging, meals, yoga, hiking, water-based sports and additional activities. For a more detailed listing of what is (and is not) included, please click HERE.
Regardless of your room choice, a $250 deposit per person is necessary to hold your spot. This deposit is not refundable, but is transferable when pre-approved by retreat management. Reservations paid in full may be eligible for a discount and Yoga Mandala membership-holders also may be eligible for a discount - please note that multiple discounts may NOT be stacked. Payment plans may be available. Partial refunds of payments made in addition to your initial deposit may be available up to 90 days prior to the event; after that time, no refunds may be made but balances may be transferred when pre-approved by retreat management.
