Your mind, body and soul will be nourished as you are guided through this cozy practice!

We will rest in several nurturing yoga poses for several minutes at a time.  Blankets, bolsters, blocks, sandbags and warm flaxseed/lavender packs will be used to gently encourage the body to soften and the mind to fall into a deep sense of ease, while releasing stress and melting tension away. 

Soothing candlelight and essential oils provide a calm, peaceful environment for relaxation and meditation.
