Thursday, August 8:

Arrival any time 2pm or later

6pm: Welcome circle and Mellow Flow yoga practice

7:30pm: Dinner, followed by a relaxing evening


Friday, August 9:

7am: Coffee, tea

8-9am: Vinyasa Yoga class

9am: Breakfast

10am-2pm: Hike, including nature-based meditation, Shinrin-Yoku and lunch on the trails

2-5pm:  Free time!  Your hosts will be available and providing assistance with a variety of activities - venture out onto the lake, read a book in a quiet place or anything else that moves you!

5:30-6:30pm: Yin Flow yoga class

7pm: Dinner, followed by group fun and Yoga Nidra Under the Stars!


Saturday, August 10:

7am: Coffee, tea

8-9am: Vinyasa Yoga Class

9am: Breakfast

10am: Hike in a different location

12pm: Lunch

1-3pm: Free time

3pm: SUP Yoga Class on the lake

4-6pm: Guided meditation and journaling exercises

6pm: Dinner, followed by fire pit night!


Sunday, August 11:

7am: Coffee, tea

8-9:30am: Vinyasa yoga practice & closing circle

9:30am: Breakfast

Departure by 11am
