How does it work?
You can sign yourself up online by clicking HERE or just contact us to enroll! There is no enrollment fee, cancellation fee or minimum time commitment- you cancel at any time!
How do I make my payments?
This is an auto-renew membership, which means that we'll save a credit or debit card to your account. Your card automatically will be billed on the same day each month for your membership. We are not able to accept cash or check payments for memberships.
How do I use my membership?
Sign up for LIVE classes using MindBody, just as you normally would and your membership will be applied to your classes! You'll receive a link to our private On-Demand library of pre-recorded class videos, which you can use to practice any time you wish! This library contains 12-15 videos, which are updated weekly, that range from Beginner Yoga to Soft & Gentle Yoga to Vinyasa Flow - there's something for everyone!
Are refunds available, if I change my mind?
Refunds are not available for membership payments. Your membership will automatically renew each month, regardless of the number of classes you actually have attended.
Can other members of my family share my membership?
Memberships are for one person; they may not be shared between family members or friends. However, we provide discounted membership rates for multiple members of the same household - contact us to learn more.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel at any time; however, we do require at least 1 week's notice, so that we have sufficient time to terminate your membership prior to your next billing date. Please notify us of your desire to cancel in writing - text message, email, etc.
Can I freeze my membership?
Memberships may be paused or frozen (for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months) for significant reasons, such as lengthy hospitalization, major injury or illness, surgery, death of an immediate family member or other reasons, subject to the approval of management. We are unable to pause memberships to accommodate short-term vacations, head colds and the like. If your request to pause your membership is approved, your monthly rate will be guaranteed if you re-activate your membership within 3 months. If you need more time, your membership will be terminated and you can re-start at any time. New rates may apply, at the discretion of management. Please note that we cannot pause a membership in the middle of a monthly billing cycle - rather, we will stop the charges from being processed for your next billing cycle.
