Workshop & Classes!

Athletes will achieve greater success by accessing hidden muscles to improve flexibility and mobility, increase power and strength and prevent injury. You will sweat and obtain sweet peace of mind, all in one session!

Our Yoga for Athletes program is uniquely designed to meet the needs of young athletes - including both college and high school competitors!

The series begins on Saturday, March 23rd with a 90-minute workshop (12noon-1:30pm, $25), followed by two 75-minute classes during Spring Break: Monday, April 22 (11:30am-12:45pm, $20) and Wednesday, April 24 (11:30am-12:45pm, $20). Group rates are available for teams wanting to learn together!
